Essential Job Functions

-       Confidence in taking the ownership of end-to-end recruitment process

-       Full life cycle recruitment of technical and marketing positions

-       Actively source candidates using a variety of channels, develop diverse candidate pools (including passive candidates), and generate pipelines for each position

-       Hands-on experience in designing and implementing an effective sourcing strategy based on an understanding of the market and the role

-       Desire to develop and grow in recruitment field

Requirements:

-       3+ years of relevant experience

-       Result-oriented and self-motivated person 

-       Strong communication skills

-       Level of English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
