We’re looking for an Amazing Content Manager with a proven track record to take ultimate responsibility for managing the content operations including but not limited to ensuring content quality, consistency, and in-time delivery for such marketing assets as website, landing pages, ads, emails, etc
Collaborating with marketing teams, designers, writers, freelancers and third-party agencies to produce high-quality content consistent with our brand, style, and tone of voice
Acting as a bridge between marketers and content producers
Acting as a Project Manager - set crystal clear expectations & due dates for content creators from one side, and manage stakeholders’ expectations from another
Facilitating ongoing content planning and managing day-to-day content creation
Creating marketing plan and editorial calendars to meet the business objectives
Creating and optimizing an effective content production workflow & processes
Finding and hiring the right talents to complete different creative tasks
Forming and managing Content Team by hiring on freelancers or full-time employees (if necessary)
Ensuring consistency of messaging, tone of voice, look and feel across all touch points
Generating ideas to increase customer engagement
Taking creative ideas from ideation to complete execution and to promotion
Integrating and budgeting content marketing tools
3+ years of experience, preferably in editorial / content management field
Extreme passion for crafting content
Strong sense of amazing content
Good Project Management skills
Infinite curiosity and desire to innovate and grow
Experience in relevant roles for US and/or EU markets
Fluent written and oral English
Experience with finding, hiring and managing the right talents to complete different creative tasks right in time to help marketing managers achieve their business goals
Experience with PPC, SMM, understanding of CRO and LPO best practices will be a plus
Background as a professional editor is a plus
