  • What are the purchase options?

    We currently offer two main purchase options for Aperty: a 12-month subscription plan and a Team Plan.

    • Individual Plans (1-month and 12-month): Designed for single-user personal use, ideal for individual creators and photographers.

    • Team Plan: Tailored specifically for businesses and larger teams requiring multi-user access. Organizations using Aperty benefit from advanced features and dedicated support. Key features of our Team Plan include:

      • Priority Support: Receive fast assistance to keep your editing workflow uninterrupted.
      • Live Onboarding Sessions: Personalized training to maximize Aperty’s capabilities for your team’s unique needs.
      • Early Access to New Features: Be among the first to experience our regular updates, as we’re continuously enhancing Aperty’s capabilities.
      • Customization Opportunities: Request specific features and settings to optimize Aperty for your business’s workflow.
  • Is there a trial for Aperty?

    At this time, Aperty does not offer a free trial. However, we encourage you to reach out with any questions you may have, and our User Guide provides extensive information to help you get started and understand Aperty’s features.

  • How many devices can I use Aperty on?

    For lifetime license holders, which was exclusively available during the early-bird release, Aperty can be used on one device only (1 seat). If you’re on a subscription plan, you can use Aperty on two devices (2 seats). Additionally, we plan to introduce an option to add extra device seats to your license in the future.

  • How do I activate the app after purchase?

    Once your purchase is complete, the auto-installation will begin. If it doesn’t start automatically, no worries, your browser might block it, but you’ll receive an email with instructions and an installer link sent to the email address provided during your purchase. After installation, simply log in or create an account using the same email associated with your purchase, and set up a password.   • How do I launch the release version if I was a beta tester?

    If you were part of Aperty's beta testing, simply update to the latest version to access new features and improvements. To do this, open Aperty and select Aperty > Check for Updates… This will install the latest available version on your device.

  • How can I change the device I use Aperty on?

    To install Aperty on a new device, log into your Skylum account on the new device and click Download next to Aperty in the My Software tab. Once installed, log in with your credentials. If there are no available device seats, a pop-up will appear, allowing you to Log Out and Launch from an existing device. Selecting this will automatically log out the chosen device and reassign the seat to your new device. For detailed instructions and screenshots, please refer to our guide (currently available in English)

  • What is your refund policy?

    We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. For customers who pre-ordered Aperty, the refund period begins 14 days from the release date.
